Go green with Vodka Gimlet Jello Jiggler Shots! St. Patrick's Day is just around the corner and so I'm kicking off this week with green jello jigglers. What I love about St. Patty's Day, or any holiday for that matter, is having a fabulous reason to cut my jigglers into fun shapes - shamrocks are a good choice this time of year. It's a great way to add a bit of jiggly fun to your St. Patrick's Day party this year. Enjoy!

How to make Vodka Gimlet Jello Jiggler Shots
Using a large glass measuring cup, measure 1 1/2 cups of boiling water and dissolve 4 packages of Lime Jello (3 oz size), stirring for at least 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of Rose's Lime Juice and 1/2 cup of Vodka. Pour everything into a 9 x 13 inch pan and chill until the jello is set (about 4 hours).
