I never thought I'd be making cranberry jello until I decided to make Vodka and Cranberry Jello Shots. This recipe is as straight forward as the cocktail that you are familiar with. The hardest part is finding the cranberry jello. With that said, I'm working on a recipe that uses juice and gelatin as a substitute - check back soon!

How to make Vodka and Cranberry Jello Shots in Cups
Grab a large glass measuring cup - 4 cups in size works well. Measure a cup of boiling water and add 1 package of Cranberry Jello (3 oz size). Stir for at least 2 minutes until the jello is completely dissolved. Add 1/4 cup of cold water and 3/4 cup of Vodka. Stir until well combined and cool before pouring into jello shot cups. This recipe makes about 10 shots - adjust as needed for your party. For more notes from Jello Diva, see How to Make Jello Shots. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
