Twin Peach Jello Shots - the name might remind you of the popular although short lived show Twin Peaks that first aired in 1990. However, the good news is that no one has die in order to enjoy these jello shots. The flavor is pretty straight forward - peach jello paired with peach schnapps makes for a shot that is sweet, but not too sweet with a strong but not overpowering peach flavor. And for those of you who are watching your weight as part of your New Years resolution, just a friendly reminder that jello is a fat free food - enjoy!

How to make Twin Peach Jello Shots in Cups
Start with a large glass measuring cup and measure 1 cup of boiling water. Dissolve 1 package of Peach Jello (3 oz size) and stir until fully dissolved. Add 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of Peach Schnapps. Stir well and cool slightly before pouring into jello shot cups. This recipe makes about 16 shots - adjust as needed for your party.
