These Strawberry Sunrise Jello Shots are the perfect solution for those of you looking for a jello shooter on the sweeter side. Start with orange jello and add grenadine and strawberry schnapps for a sweet summer treat. Grenadine usually makes for a lovely chromatic effect when used in cocktails (hence the sunrise), but I haven't been able to replicate in jello shots just yet - I'll keep you posted!

How to make Strawberry Sunrise Jello Shots in Cups

Start with a large glass measuring cup and measure 1 cup of boiling water. Dissolve 1 box of Orange Jello (3 oz size) and stir until fully dissolved. Add 1/4 cup of cold water, 1/4 cup of Grenadine and 1/2 cup of Strawberry Schnapps. Stir well and cool before pouring into jello shot cups.

This recipe makes about 16 shots - adjust as needed for your party. For more notes from Jello Diva, see How to Make Jello Shots.
