Strawberry Fizz Jello Shots are a great way to add a few tiny bubbles to you next special event. What I like about these is that they are easy to make, but not too sweet. The secret is using extra dry champagne - it adds to the flavor without adding more sugar. Best of all, it adds the bubbles!

How to make Strawberry Fizz Jello Shots in Cups
Start with a large glass measuring cup and measure 1 cup of boiling water. Dissolve one 3 oz box of Strawberry Jello and stir until completely dissolved. Add 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of Extra Dry Champagne. Stir well and cool before pouring into jello shot cups. This recipe makes about 16 shots - adjust as needed for your party.
