Strawberry Fizz Jello Jiggler Shots are a great way to have your champagne and eat it too! This particular recipe is great for cutting up into tiny cubes and serving in a champagne flute or a cocktail glass (and probably a spoon) as the tiny bubbles add a little something special. The recipe specifically mentioned extra dry champagne and this important because it helps to balance the sweet of the strawberry jello. Enjoy!

How to make Strawberry Fizz Jello Jiggler Shots

Using a large glass measuring cup, measure 1 cup of boiling water and dissolve 4 packages of Strawberry Jello (the 3 oz size), stirring for at least 2 minutes. Add 3/4 cup of of cold water and 3/4 cup of Extra Dry Champagne and stir well. Pour everything into a 9 x 13 inch pan and chill until the jello is set (about 4 hours).

The number of servings entirely depends on the size that you cut your jigglers - adjust as needed for your party. For more notes from Jello Diva, see How to Make Jello Shots.

Enjoy responsibly with friends!
