Who wouldn't want a bite size Strawberry Daiquiri? Now you can have it all with Strawberry Daiquiri Jello Jiggler Shots! These are easy to make and the extra jello means bites of jello-y goodness without the cups. While there is actually Strawberry Daiquiri Jello available, it's pretty hard to find, so regular strawberry jello will do just fine. Enjoy!

How to make Strawberry Daiquiri Jello Jiggler Shots
Using a large glass measuring cup, measure 1 1/2 cups of boiling water and dissolve 4 packages of Strawberry Jello (3 oz size), stirring for at least 2 minutes. Add 1/3 cup of cold water and 2/3 cup of Light Rum. Pour everything into a 9 x 13 inch pan and chill until the jello is set (about 3 hours).
