Filed under: How to Make Jello Shots
When it comes to serving jello shots, you have quite a few options from casual to classy. You can go with the ever popular jello shot cups or class up your presentation by using cocktail glasses. The suggestions below are meant to get you started - feel free to be creative!
Classic Cups
Cups are probably the most popular way to serve jello shots for a few reasons - it's easy to distribute individual servings, they are easy to store if you use lids and people really like slurping jello out of cups - who knew! If you are going to use cups for jello shots, plastic cups usually leak less and can be used with lids. Please look for cups that are recyclable!
Jello Jiggler Shots
If you're done with cups, consider preparing jello shots that don't need containers at all. By adding more gelatin to your recipe, you can make any jello shot recipe into jello jiggler shot. You can serve your jello in cubes (easy) or use cookie cutters or molds to make shapes (creative). Either way, you can serve your naked jello shooters on a tray or in a bowl.

Fabulous Fruit
If you are looking for a slightly classier way to serve your favorite jello shooters, consider using fruit. Citrus fruits are great candidates - just cut your fruit of choice in half, scoop out the actual fruit and pour in your jello. After the jello has had a chance to gel, cut into jello shot fruit slices and serve.
Classy Cocktail Glasses
If you are looking to go all out when serving your more sophisticated jello shots, cosider
a cocktail glass. You can either pour your jello directly into glasses and serve, or consider preparing jello jigglers and cutting them into tiny bite-sized pieces. Add the jigglers to your cocktail glasses and garnish.
