These are called Rocky Mountain Jello Jiggler Shots, but their flavor suggests a more tropical twist. Pineapple jello and peach schnapps are the key ingredients and substituting Sprite for the hot water puts these on the sweeter side. It's a great choice if you are trying to mask the flavor of alcohol. Remember, the extra jello means that you don't need cups - enjoy!

How to make Rocky Mountain Jello Jiggler Shots
Using a large glass measuring cup, measure 1 1/2 cups of Sprite or 7up, heated but not boiling, and dissolve 4 packages of Pineapple Jello (3 oz size), stirring for at least 2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of cold water and 3/4 cup of Peach Schnapps. Pour everything into a 9 x 13 inch pan and chill until the jello is set (about 4 hours).
