I'm ending my September theme of blue shots with Purple Haze Jello Jiggler Shots. I know that they are not really blue, but it seemed like a good way to round out the collection. It may be a little tricky to find Cranberry Jello, but worth the effort if you do. Chambord makes is a great choice for the black raspberry liqueur and is easy to find at most liqueur stores. Enjoy!

How to make Purple Haze Jello Jiggler Shots
Using a large glass measuring cup, measure 1 1/2 cups of boiling water and dissolve 4 packages of Cranberry Jello (3 oz size), stirring for at least 2 minutes. Add 1/3 cup of cold water, 1/3 of Vodka and 1/3 cup of Black Raspberry Liqueur. Pour everything into a 9 x 13 inch pan and chill until the jello is set (about 3 hours).
