Pineapple Upside Down Cake Jello Shots

I was super excited when I found this recipe for Pineapple Upside Down Cake jello shots. Who knew that you could turn a dessert like this into a jello shot? It is probably no surprise that the base for this shot is pineapple jello, but the other part that makes these shots so tasty is irish cream and butterscotch schnapps. Even though it's not listed in the recipe below, most Pineapple Upside Down Cakes are decorated with cherries. If you are feeling so inclined, drop in a marschino cherry into each cup before putting them in the fridge. Enjoy!

How to make Pineapple Upside Down Cake Jello Shots in Cups


Start with a large glass measuring cup and measure 3/4 cup of boiling water. Dissolve 1 box of Pineapple Jello (3 oz size) and stir until fully dissolved. Add 1/4 cup of cold water, 1/2 cup of Vodka, 1/4 cup of Butterscotch Schnapps and 1/4 cup of Irish Cream. Stir well and cool before pouring into jello shot cups.
