Ring in the New Year with some Peach Fizz Jello Shots! I know that New Years and most of the parties are probably over, but maybe you're looking for something to do with that extra champagne from the big weekend - here's your answer! Peach jello offers a nice mellow flavor and by using extra dry champagne, these shots have a nice balance between sweet and tart - and little bubbles to boot! Happy 2010!

How to make Peach Fizz Jello Shots in Cups
Start with a large glass measuring cup and measure 1 cup of boiling water. Dissolve 1 envelope of Peach Jello and stir until fully dissolved. Add 1/2 cup of cold water, 1/2 cup of Extra Dry Champagne. Stir well and cool before pouring into jello shot cups. This recipe makes about 16 shots - adjust as needed for your party.
