Peach Fizz Jello Jiggler Shots

Have some left over champagne, how about some Peach Fizz Jello Jiggler Shots! New Years is over, but that doesn't mean that you need to stop celebrating. All that left over champagne can be combined with peach jello for tasty jigglers with tiny bubbles. You could probably use just about any kind of jello, but I like peach because it offers something sweet without being overpowering. Happy 2010!

How to make Peach Fizz Jello Jiggler Shots

Start with a large glass measuring cup and measure 1 1/2 cups of boiling water. Dissolve 1 envelope of Peach Jello and stir until fully dissolved. Add 1/4 cup of cold water, 3/4 cup of Extra Dry Champagne. Stir well and cool before pouring into jello shot cups.

The number of servings entirely depends on the size that you cut your jigglers - adjust as needed for your party. For more notes from Jello Diva, see How to Make Jello Shots.

Enjoy responsibly with friends!
