Mimosas are usually served for brunch, but these bubbly Mimosa Jello Shots can be served any time. Orange jello replaces orange juice and if you are a fan of tiny bubbles, the champagne in these shots will not leave you dissappointed. Enjoy!

How to make Mimosa Jello Shots in Cups
Start with a large glass measuring cup and measure 1 cup of boiling water. Dissolve 1 package of Orange Jello (3 oz) and stir until fully dissolved. Add 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of Champagne - extra dry is best. Combine completely and cool before pouring into jello shot cups. This recipe makes about 10 shots - adjust as needed for your party. For more notes from Jello Diva, see How to Make Jello Shots. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
