Black cherry jello and amaretto make for a slightly more sophisticated taste (I know, everyone thinks 'sophisticated' when they think of jello shots!) that is perfect for New Years Eve or any time of year really. How to make Midnight Affair Jello Shots in Cups
Start with a large glass measuring cup and measure 1 cup of boiling water. Dissolve 1 box of Black Cherry Jello (3 oz size) and stir until fully dissolved. Add 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of Amaretto. Stir well and cool before pouring into jello shot cups. This recipe makes about 16 shots - adjust as needed for your party.
