You won't have to salt the rim for these Margarita Jello Shots. While this recipe calls for the traditional lime flavor that makes up most house margaritas, feel free to try strawberry or even double the batch and use a box of lemon and a box of lime for a slightly different flavor - the best thing about getting creative is getting to try all of your flavor combinations.

How to make Margarita Jello Shots in Cups
Grab a large glass measuring cup (a 4 cup measure is a good size) and dissolve a package (3 oz) of Lime Jello or Margarita Jello for about 2 minutes. Add 2 oz of Tequila and 1 oz of Triple Sec, and 5 oz of cold water and stir well. Cool until the liquid is about room temperature (so that you don't melt your cups). Then, pour the jello into individual jello shot cups and chill until firm. This recipe makes about 16 shots - adjust as needed for your party.
