Whenever I think about Malibu, I think about Malibu Barbie, but now I think about Malibu Jello Jiggler Shots! I'm sure that Barbie would have totally served these in her Malibu Dream House to Ken and the rest of the 21+ crowd and now you can too. Enjoy!

How to make Malibu Jello Jiggler Shots

Start by pouring 1 1/2 cups of boiling water into a large glass measuring cup. Dissolve 4 packages of Watermelon Jello for about 2 minutes. Add 1 cup of Coconut Rum and stir well. Pour the liquid directly into a 9 x 13 inch pan and chill until firm (about 3 hours).
