Lifesaver Jello Shots

In keeping with the candy theme this holiday, today's recipe is for Lifesaver Jello Shots. Remeber those Lifesaver books as a kid? I always looked forward to having eight rolls of Lifesavers all to myself (but that meant that I had to hide them from my brother if I wanted to keep them for myself!) What I love about Lifesavers is that they have lots of flavor and so do these jello shots. Orange jello provides the base, but melon liqueur, coconut rum and triple sec blend for a unique fruity flavor.

How to make Lifesaver Jello Shots in Cups

Start with a large glass measuring cup and measure 3/4 cup of boiling water . Dissolve 1 box of Orange Jello (3 oz size) and stir until fully dissolved. Add 1/4 cup of cold water, 1/3 cup of Triple Sec, and 1/3 cup of Melon Liqueur and 1/3 cup of Coconut Rum. Stir well and cool before pouring into jello shot cups.
