St. Patrick's Day might be over, but it's never too late for Leprechaun Jello Jiggler Shots! With St. Pat's being on a Wednesday this year, I'm sure that there will still be some of you celebrating through the weekend. If you have a bunch of people coming over, jiggler shots are a great way to go because you can make a bunch of them really quickly. If you're in a big hurry, just cut them into cubes, if you have a little more time, try some fun shapes like shamrocks. Enjoy!

How to make Leprechaun Jello Jiggler Shots
Using a large glass measuring cup, measure 1 1/2 cups of boiling water and dissolve 4 packages of Orange Jello (3 oz size), stirring for at least 2 minutes. Add 1/3 cup of Peach Schnapps, 1/3 cup of Peach Vodka and 1/3 cup of Blue Curacao. Pour everything into a 9 x 13 inch pan and chill until the jello is set (about 4 hours).
