It wouldn't be June without June Bug Jello Shots! Start this month out right with this especially fruity blend of jello and fruity liqueurs. While the jello flavors might be a little hard to find (pineapple and cranberry), you can substitute actual juice and Knox gelatin in a pinch. Just remember to use canned pineapple juice instead of fresh so that your shots will set.

How to make June Bug Jello Shots in Cups
Start with a large glass measuring cup and measure 2 cups of boiling water. Dissolve 1 box of Pineapple Jello and 1 box of Cranberry Jello (3 oz of each) and stir until fully dissolved. Add 1 cup of cold water, 1/3 cup of Banana Liqueur, and 1/3 cup of Melon Liqueur and 1/3 cup of Peach Schnapps. Stir well and cool before pouring into jello shot cups. This recipe makes about 30 shots - adjust as needed for your party. For more notes from Jello Diva, see How to Make Jello Shots. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
