While Irish Whiskey Sour Jello Shots might not be as traditional as corned beef and cabbage, they are a good addition to you St. Patrick's Day celebration. When it comes to party, sometimes it's really great to be able to prepare everything ahead of time so that you can sit back and relax once the guests arrive- that's definitely an advantage with these guys!

How to make Irish Whiskey Sour Jello Shots in Cups
Grab a large glass measuring cup (a 4 cup measure is a good size) and dissolve a package of Orange Jello (3 oz) in 1 cup of boiling water for about 2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of Irish Whiskey and 3/4 oz of cold water and stir well. Cool until the liquid until it is about room temperature (so that you don't melt your cups). Then, pour the jello into individual jello shot cups and chill until firm. This recipe makes about 16 shots - adjust as needed for your party.
