Don't lose your head over these Headless Horseman Jello Shots. They are dark and forboding which makes them perfet for Halloween. The fact that they are made with ginger ale and bitters gives what would be your average jello shot a bit of an unexpected twist. Enjoy!

How to make Headless Horseman Jello Shots in Cups
Start with a large glass measuring cup and measure 1 cup of boiling Ginger Ale. Dissolve 1 envelope of Knox Gelatin and stir until fully dissolved. Add 1/4 cup of cold Ginger Ale, 3/4 cup of Black Vodka, and 3 dashes of Bitters. Stir well and cool before pouring into jello shot cups.
