These Hauntini Jello Shots will leave you haunted by their tropical flavor. Since pineapple jello can be hard to find, I've adapted this recipe to use pineapple juice instead. The important thing to remember is to use only canned pineapple juice - fresh pineapple juice has an enzyme that will prevent the jello from gelling. Canned pineapple juice is heated which destroys the enzyme allowing your jello to gel.

Add 1/4 cup of cold water, 1/2 cup of Canned Pineapple Juice , and 1/4 cup of Blue Curacao and a splash of Grenadine. Stir everything until it is well combined and cool before pouring into jello shot cups. This recipe makes about 32 shots - adjust as needed for your party.
