Green Demon Jello Shots

It's time to put the green back in Halloween with these Green Demon Jello Shots! You would think that we'd be starting with lime jello, but such is not the case. Lemon jello provides a citrus base and Melon Liqueur provides the green color that gives this shot its name. Rum and Vodka provide a bit of a kick, perhaps the "demon" in these Green Demons. Enjoy!

How to make Green Demon Jello Shots in Cups
Start with a large glass measuring cup and measure 3/4 cup of boiling water. Dissolve 1 package of Lemon Jello (3 oz) and stir until fully dissolved. Add 1/4 cup of cold water, 1/3 cup of Rum, 1/3 cup of Vodka and 1/3 cup of Melon Liqueur. Stir well and wait until the liquid is about room temperature before pouring into jello shot cups.
