How to make Eggnog Jello Shots in Cups
Start with a saucepan and measure 1 cup of water. Sprinkle in 1 envelope of Knox Gelatin and the slowly bring to a boil. While heating, add 1/4 cup of Sugar. Stir well to ensure that all ingredients are completely dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, combine 1 cup of Eggnog with 1/2 cup of Brandy (Rum or Bourbon works too) and flavor with Nutmeg to your liking. After your gelatin mixture has cooled, combine it with the eggnog mixture. Stir well and pour into jello shot cups. For an extra garnish, feel free to add a bit of Whipped Cream and sprinkle with a dusting of Nutmeg. This recipe makes about 16 shots - adjust as needed for your party.
