When I first saw this recipe for Coco Cran Jello Shots, I immediately thought of a chocolate and cranberry combination. I was plesantly surprised to find that the "coco" in this recipe was in reference to coconut rum. While it's a combination that I might not have come up with on my own, I'm glad that I gave it a try - the sweet of the coconut rum balances nicely with the tart of the cranberry jello. Enjoy!
