Is there really enough blue food out there? I don't think so. Hence Blue Lagoon Jello Jiggler Shots! Even though they're blue, the flavor is citrus. Blue curacao is the secret ingredient that gives this jiggly treat both of those qualities. Surprisingly delicious - Enjoy!

How to make Blue Lagoon Jello Jiggler Shots
Using a large glass measuring cup, at least 4 cups in size, measure 1 1/2 cups of boiling water and dissolve 4 packages of Lemon Jello (3 oz size), stirring for at least 2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of cold water, 1/2 cup of Vodka and 1/4 cup of Blue Curacao. Pour everything into a 9 x 13 inch pan and chill until the jello is set (about 3 hours).
