These Blue Hawaiian Jello Shots are not really truly blue, but are definitely among my favorites! Just in time for summer and definitely for your next luau, these are the perfect tropical treat for your party. What I like best is the combination of coconut rum and pineapple jello. Blue curacao adds a bit of citrus and light rum adds just a bit more of a kick. Enjoy!

How to make Blue Hawaiian Jello Shots in Cups
Grab a large glass measuring cup and dissolve 1 package of Pineapple Jello (3 oz) in 3/4 cup of boiling water, stirring for at least 2 minutes until fully dissolved. Next, add 1/2 cup of cold water, 1/4 cup of Blue Curacao 1/4 cup of Coconut Rum, and 1/4 cup of Light Rum. Stir well and wait until the liquid has cooled some before pouring into jello shot cups.
