In keeping with a theme of blue food, this week we have Blue Hawaiian Jello Jiggler Shots to go with your Blue Lagoon Jigglers from last week. Blue curacao makes an appearance again, but this time with a bit more of a tropical twist. Coconut rum adds a little sweet and pineapple jello adds a bit of tart for a beautifully balanced blue jello shots - Enjoy at the pool!

How to make Blue Hawaiian Jello Jiggler Shots
Using a 4 cup glass measuring cup, measure 1 cup of boiling water and dissolve 4 packages of Pineapple Jello (3 oz size), stirring for at least 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of cold water, 1/3 cup of Blue Curacao, 1/3 cup of Coconut Rum and 1/3 cup of Light Rum. Pour everything into a 9 x 13 inch pan and chill until the jello is set (about 3 hours).
