How to make Bloody Mary Jello Shots in Cups

Start with a small sauce pan and meaure 1 cup of Clamato or tomato juice. Add 1 envelope of Knox gelatin and then heat until the juice comes to a boil. Be sure to whisk as you go to ensure that everything dissolves nicely. Once boiling, immediately remove from heat and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes.

Now here's where you add all the ingredients that make this recipe fabulous - get ready. Add 1/2 cup of Citrus Vodka, 1/3 cup of Beer, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of Wasabi, 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/8 teaspoon of ground ginger. Add tabasco sauce to your liking and mix until completely combined and cool before pouring into jello shot cups. Garnish with pretzel sticks, but only right before you serve your shots (or serve pretzel sticks on the side - no one likes soggy pretzel sticks!)

This recipe makes about 16 shots - adjust as needed for your party. For more notes from Jello Diva, see How to Make Jello Shots.
