Apple Pie Jello Shots

The only thing more American than baseball and apple pie is a round of Apple Pie Jello Shots! These don't have an overwhelming apple flavor - no pucker here - but they are sweet as pie nonetheless thanks to the grenadine. I would highly recommend serving these with a bit of whipped cream and maybe even a cinnamon stick to garnish if you're feeling fancy. Enjoy!

How to make Apple Pie Jello Shots in Cups

Start with a large glass measuring cup and measure 1 1/2 cups of boiling water. Dissolve 2 boxes of Lemon Jello (3 oz size) and stir until fully dissolved. Add 1 cup of cold water, 1/2 cup of Light Rum, 1/2 cup of Sweet Vermouth, 1/4 cup of Apple Brandy and 1/4 cup of Grenadine. Stir well and cool before pouring into jello shot cups.

This recipe makes about 30 shots - adjust as needed for your party. For more notes from Jello Diva, see How to Make Jello Shots.

Enjoy responsibly with friends!
