If you love the taste of sour apple, you'll love these Apple Core jello shots! I've been asked, "but where do I get green apple jello?" You don't - you make your own! No mystery here, just start with Knox gelatin and flavor with Sour Apple Schnapps. Sometimes the schnapps seems to interfere with the gelatin gelling. If this has happened or is happening to you right now, just return the liquid to your saucepan, sprinkle with more gelatin and heat until everything is melted. Enjoy!

How to make Apple Core Jello Shots in Cups
Start with a sauce pan and measure 1 cup of cold water . Sprinkle 1 envelope of Knox gelatin on the surface and then slowly heat while constantly stirring until everything is fully dissolved. Add 1/2 cup of cold water and cool for about 10 minutes before adding 1/2 cup of Sour Apple Schnapps. Stir well before pouring into jello shot cups.
