I had never heard of Amaretto Sour Jello Shots before, but now that I've tried one, I'm so glad that I did. Amaretto definitely adds a bit of sweet, but this is nicely balanced by a little lemon juice. Serve these at your next party and at the very least your friends will be impressed by your creativity!

How to make Amaretto Sour Jello Shots in Cups
Start with a large glass measuring cup and measure 1 cup of boiling water. Dissolve 1 package of Lime Jello (3 oz) and stir until fully dissolved. Add 2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice. Add 3 oz of cold water and 5 oz of Amaretto. Stir well and wait until the liquid is about room temperature before pouring into jello shot cups. This recipe makes about 16 shots - adjust as needed for your party. For more notes from Jello Diva, see How to Make Jello Shots. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
